February is often considered the month for LOVE, but usually we focus our attention on loving Someone Special, rather than loving ourselves. While romantic love is a good and fun thing, it’s certainly not any more important than self-love. This year, I’m on a mission to remind folks of that…and I hope you’ll join me.
The February Self-Love Challenge is a 28-day experiment where you will be inspired to make your well-being a top priority. Do you struggle with Valentine’s Day? Could you use some motivation to take care of yourself on a regular basis? Would you like a chance to work with me for about a third of the cost I normally charge?
Then the February Self-Love Challenge is for you!
It’s only $20 to participate, which is probably the same amount you spend on a dinner and movie with your friends. Why not spend that money on something that will help you love yourself better?
Here’s what you’ll get:
• Daily emails, starting February 1st, detailing your challenge for the day
• Thought-provoking questions, perfect for journaling or discussing with a friend
• Chances to win some of my favorite resources
• Email coaching from me (that’s right…you’ll have access to my inbox all month, usually a $65 value!)
Plus, you’ll receive the first three chapters of my new book, Respected: How One Word Can Change More Than Just Your Love Life, just minutes after you sign up!
So, who’s interested in diving into some self-love?
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be directed to the Self-Love Welcome Page where you can download the first three chapters of Respected.
I’m super excited to focus on self-love in February…but even more, I’m excited to make my email coaching even more affordable for folks who are interested in working with me. I truly hope you will join the challenge. Your life might never be the same.
P.S. This challenge isn’t just for single women, by the way. Unless you’re Kanye West, you probably could use more self-love in your life. So if even just a small part of you is considering joining the experiment, please do!
